The Project will be an economic engine for Carson, generating local jobs and keeping employee spending in Carson. Thousands of employees will work, eat, and shop local.

The Project will create thousands of jobs, prioritizing Carson residents through local job fairs and partnerships with local job placement organizations.
Facilitate
Remediation
Removal of the refinery buildings and structures after project approval will improve site access and allow for soil remediation. Ongoing groundwater remediation will continue.
